Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support across daily operational activities.
  • Handle general financial processing, including basic invoicing, reconciliations, and record updates.
  • Maintain and organise documentation, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate procurement and supplier interactions to support smooth office operations.
  • Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and coordination between teams.
  • Support the preparation of quotes, reports, and other business documents as required.
  • Help organise meetings, events, and general office activities.

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to provide excellent administration support to various teams
  • Enjoys contributing to a tight, collaborative team dynamic
  • Previous experience in the Medical industry is desired but not essential
  • Must have full work rights in Australia
